Help Shape the Agenda at HBI 2026

Application Process

Are you a CEO, Investor or thought leader in healthcare? Do you have unique market data, a brilliant case-study to share or a thought-provoking argument to make about creating value in healthcare amidst changing times?

For 15 years HBI has been a forum for CEOs and Investors shaping the future of healthcare to convene, share best practice and lessons learned and form partnerships that elevate the sector to its next level. For the first time in 2026, we are offering you the opportunity to apply to speak at HBI 2026, March 23-25th in Paris.

How Does It Work?

  • You apply – Applications will be open until Friday October 3rd.

  • We review it – the HBI team will review applications as they come in for any stand-out topics and ideas that will fit directly into the programme up until the deadline.

  • We let you know – We will reply to your application once reviewed with a decision. We are unable to guarantee you a spot, but we will endeavour to fit your ideas into the programme for 2026 or for future events, webinars and other editorial output throughout the year.

What Are We Looking For?

  • We are particularly interested in hearing from new speakers to HBI who can provide fresh perspectives to the event

  • We are looking for C-Level executives, seasoned investors and thought leaders with case studies or unique data-sets to share.

  • Your application must be credible and not a sales pitch for a product or service.

  • We are looking for topics and perspectives that can create a debate amongst panels or in-room discussion.

  • We value diversity, perspectives from different geographies and lessons from adjacent industries.

What Is The Theme For HBI 2026?

The theme for HBI 2026, Creating Value In Changing Times, has been carefully chose to reflect the fact that despite shifting economic and geopolitical challenges, the focus in healthcare remains true: creating value for patients, improving their access, outcomes and experience. This can be through removing unnecessary obstructions, reducing the cost of care, investing in new technologies and processes which speeds up diagnostics or treatment, focusses on prevention and treats them personally and holistically.

Delivering this requires thoughtful investment to leverage and scale innovation, drive efficiencies and develop the infrastructure to meet current and future demand from a rise in consumer health and a rapidly ageing population. With scarcity of resources in terms of people, money and planet, value is created through the appropriate use of resources to ensure that what is built today can deliver for the long term.

Uncertainty creates opportunity, new investment paths and drives further innovation – HBI 2026 will serve as a forum for value creators to convene, form partnerships and chart a path through today’s fluid and changing landscape.
