Delegate Information & FAQs

You will be receive access to the HBI 2026 App on Swapcard - please look out for a Registration confirmation email sent from Swapcard which has a link to access the app, logging you in automatically; or you can go to the HBI 2026 App and login using your registered Email address and requesting a one-time code.

We will also be sending you important delegate information and updates from Swapcard in the lead up to the event.  These emails will be sent from <hbi-2026@swapcardmail.swpcd-send.com>.

Connection and meeting request notifications will be sent from <noreply@swapcard.com>.

If you are not receiving emails or notifications from Swapcard then please email conference@healthcarebusinessinternational.com for assistance.

The HBI 2026 App is hosted on Swapcard and is where you can network with other delegates and find all the information you need from the agenda, to the delegate list, floorplan, presentations and on-demand session recordings. 

The app is available on web and mobile.

We recommend delegates download the mobile "HBI Events" app from Google or Apple store for networking on the go!

We do not issue a physical or e-ticket, you can simply head to the HBI badge print desk when you arrive at the conference and provide your Name, Company and show photo ID to pick up your badge.

The full list of delegates can be found in the HBI 2026 App under the Delegate List & Networking page.

This delegate list cannot be downloaded from the app. However you can export contacts that you have connected with in this event and past events - simply go to your Profile icon and select My contacts then click on Export all contacts.

The CEO dinner is by invitation-only. If you have received an invite but there is no space available then please email us to be added to the reserve list - conference@healthcarebusinessinternational.com.

As an assistant of an attendee we can give you access to the HBI 2026 App so that you can organise meetings on their behalf. You will also receive delegate communications sent from Swapcard so you can be kept in the loop regarding important updates about the conference. Please get in touch with your Account Manager to request access.

The agenda can be found in in the HBI 2026 App. There is also a PDF agenda available in the app should you wish to download a copy.

We will need the following to create your basic profile in the app:
- Name
- Company name
- Job title
- Country
- Email
You will then be able to fill-in the rest of your profile in the HBI 2026 App under My profile. Please remember to add a Profile Picture so delegates know who you are! Also add all that apply to your 'interested in' and 'looking to meet' so like-minded delegates can search for you.

You can login to the app either from an email you've received from us via Swapcard which contains a button taking you directly to the event app, logging you in automatically; or from the login page enter your registered email and, if you are unsure of the password, request a one-time code.

If you don't receive the one-time code then in the first instance, please check your spam folder, the email is usually sent from noreply@swapcard.com.  Else get in touch with us on conference@healthcarebusinessinternational.com for further assistance.

Once meetings are enabled in the app, you can book meetings using the the "Book a Meeting" button:

1. Go to the Delegate List & Networking page

2. Select the people you want to meet with

3. Select a meeting slot

4. Select a location

5. Send a request message (optional)

Slides will be made available to delegates in the HBI 2026 App after the conference. They can be found both under the session and in the Documents & Presentations list.

If you are unable to attend then you can transfer your ticket to a colleague.  Please contact your Account Manager for assistance.
